The perfect way to start spring! The Claggett Retreat Center is in the rolling hills near Sugarloaf Mountain, where it feels expansive and peaceful. It is a lovely place to be nourished on all levels: mental, physical, and spiritual. The extra meditation, deep knowledge, great food, and wonderful company combine to create an enjoyable and transformative experience that is deeply rejuvenating.

Retreat Highlights:

The retreat will feature deep knowledge, interesting discussions, and the opportunity for personal checking of meditation and guidance about meditation practice. Most importantly, the retreat will provide deep rest and rejuvenation—a perfect preparation for an active spring. The retreat will be led by Dr. Jamie Grant and Ann Grant, who together have led dozens of very successful retreats.

Course Fees:

Course fees are per person and include the full course program, room with private bath, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

2 nights (Fri. to Sun.): Single room: $500
2 nights (Fri. to Sun.): Double room: $450

Note: Double rooms are for couples, family, or friends coming together. We do not match applicants with roommates. For the greatest comfort, and deepest experience, single rooms are encouraged. (Much of the extended meditation routine will be done in your room.)

Your first TM Retreat?

A generous supporter will be $50 of your course fee for you, to inspire you to come and enjoy the benefits of this wonderful program. (This is available if you haven't already received a scholarship for an in-person or online TM Retreat.)

First retreat fees below reflect first-time scholarship

2 nights (Fri. to Sun.): Single room: $450
2 nights (Fri. to Sun.): Double room: $400

Please note:

Fees listed are when paid by Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Credit cards will add about 4% to cover the credit card service fees.

Arrival and Departure:

Arrival is between 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm on Friday, March 20.
Departure is after lunch on Sunday, March 22 about 1 pm.

The Claggett Center has comfortable new bedrooms with private baths, an expansive dining hall with wonderful vistas as well as outdoor dining, and beautiful grounds for walking. The food is fresh and seasonal. The highly experienced Executive Chef can accommodate the range of dietary needs.
