Dr. Schneider commented on the notable health-promoting effects of regular TM practice. In particular, Transcendental Meditation (TM) has now been included among the lifestyle approaches that, taken together, are recommended for all adults in the official blood pressure guidelines of the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology. TM is included as an adjunct to other lifestyle approaches and to medication.
We hope you’ll enjoy the highlights of this historic event at the United Nations.
