Join us for an insightful and fascinating presentation with Tom Factor, an administrator of the Global Country of World Peace and president of Maharishi Foundation International, the TM organization’s technology development division.
Tom will review some of Maharishi’s innovative visions for the use of technology, developments ahead of their time, that he worked on 50 years ago. And he will talk about the continuation of that work by Maharishi’s successor, Dr. Nader, with digital and A.I. technologies capable of bringing enlightenment to the world.
2,000 years ago, Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama, was estimated to have enlightened 5,000 people as he travelled on foot in India and Nepal. Maharishi said that if Buddha had the modern means of travel and communication available today, he could have enlightened many more.
Maharishi said in 1975, “Through the window of science, we see the Dawn of the Age of Enlightenment”. Science had brought us the validation of the benefits of Transcendental Meditation. Science had verified the “Maharishi Effect” of a small percentage of people practicing TM influencing the whole of society. And science has brought us the means of communication to provide TM to everyone in the world.
