We’re delighted to announce a special course to learn the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi ProgramSM in conjunction with the upcoming 10,000 for World Peace Assembly. This is a great opportunity to accelerate your personal growth from your practice of the TM technique while making a profound contribution to greater world peace.
What is the TM‑Sidhi program?
The TM‑Sidhi program is a simple, natural, effortless advanced technique that accelerates the personal growth gained from the Transcendental Meditation technique. The TM‑Sidhi program is designed to enhance the growth of creativity, learning ability, physical health, psychological well-being, and other benefits that TM practitioners report.

How does it work?
During our TM practice, the mind settles down effortlessly to a state of deep inner silence—pure consciousness, the source of creativity and intelligence within us. During the more advanced TM‑Sidhi program, we learn how to enliven that inner silence and to think and act from that level of pure consciousness.

Benefits of the TM‑Sidhi program
Students who practiced the TM‑Sidhi program significantly increased in alpha EEG coherence over 4 months. Brainwave coherence is correlated with higher levels of creativity, intelligence, and inner happiness. The most powerful aspect of the TM‑Sidhi program
The TM‑Sidhi program enlivens specific channels of mind-body coordination. The most powerful aspect of this program is Yogic Flying®, when brainwave synchrony is maximized and the body lifts up and moves forward. This experience is often one of “bubbling bliss.” The juxtaposition of inner silence with outer dynamism provides a powerful means of developing higher states of consciousness.
Creating a more peaceful world
Learning the TM‑Sidhi program not only accelerates our personal growth but also helps create a more peaceful world—especially when we practice as part of a large coherence-creating group.
There are now 23 published scientific studies confirming that when the square root of 1% of a population is practicing the TM‑Sidhi program together, a powerful influence of coherence and harmony radiates throughout society.
In 1983, this effect was demonstrated with a global assembly of 7,000—the square root of 1% of the world’s population at that time—resulting in measurable positive effects in all parts of the world, including lower crime rates, reduced terrorism and war, and promotion of world peace.
Now, 40 years later, the two-week 10,000 for World Peace Assembly of 2023–2024 is an opportunity to again create this profound impact for the world. Scientific research will be conducted to measure the effects of the assembly on global social trends.
Special TM‑Sidhi Course
In preparation for this historic international assembly of 10,000, special TM‑Sidhi courses are being organized for TM Meditators around the United States.
The TM‑Sidhi course will consist of two parts
- Part One: Instructional meetings over three weekends this fall. See U.S. course locations and dates here.
- Part Two: The two-week in-residence Yogic Flying course held at the 10,000 for World Peace Assembly, December 29, 2023, to January 13, 2024. The location will be announced soon.
- For those who are unable to take Part Two at the international World Peace Assembly, U.S. locations and dates will be scheduled in 2024.
Prerequisites to take the TM‑Sidhi course
- Regular twice-daily practice of the TM technique for at least two months.
- Recommendations from at least two local Certified TM Teachers.
- Personal Checking of your TM practice by a Certified TM Teacher.
- Participation in an in-person weekend TM Retreat.
- Attendance at an application meeting for Part One at the hosting TM Center.
- Payment of the TM‑Sidhi course fee (see below).
- Payment for room and board at the two-week Yogic Flying course at the 10,000 for World Peace Assembly.
- Every effort is being made to keep the costs low, including the possibility of partial scholarships. Soon we will announce the cost of attending this two-week course, as well as the location.
- Please apply for your U.S. passport as soon as possible, since it can take 12–14 weeks to process applications.
Requirement for Advanced Techniques of the TM program
If you are attending Part Two (the Yogic Flying course) at the 10,000 for World Peace Assembly, the usual requirement to have learned four TM Advanced Techniques prior to taking the TM‑Sidhi course can be postponed until after you have completed the TM‑Sidhi course.
For those who are unable to take Part Two at the international World Peace Assembly, it is still a requirement to learn four TM Advanced Techniques before learning the TM‑Sidhi program.

TM‑Sidhi course fee
The TM-Sidhi course fee is $3,000. The fee must be paid in full before the start of Part One of the course. Housing and food costs for Part One are the responsibility of each course participant. The cost of room and board at the 10,000 for World Peace Assembly will be announced soon.
