Jim Shrosbree, MFA, professor of art at Maharishi International University (MIU) and a Guggenheim Fellow, will lead a stimulating discussion of art, consciousness, and creativity. The session opens with a live ceramics demonstration showing how shaping material from within and without reflects the relationship between inner awareness and outward expression.
Professor Shrosbree will be joined by Fine Arts Program Director Sean Downey, MFA, and Assistant Professor Genevra Daley, MFA, to discuss MIU’s on-campus and online degree programs, including the MA in Studio Art, Art Therapy Specialization, Low-Residency MFA in Visual Art, and more.
