At our August retreat, Dr. Fred Travis—neuroscientist, researcher, and expert in brain development—will share groundbreaking insights into how lifestyle and consciousness-based practices can support brain function in individuals with ADHD.
With a PhD in Psychology and over three decades of research at the Center for Brain, Consciousness and Cognition, Dr. Travis has published extensively on how Transcendental Meditation® enhances focus and emotional regulation. His work spans from studying elite performers to children with ADHD, revealing how brain integration can be naturally cultivated for greater clarity, calm, and cognitive resilience.
