At our April retreat, Dr. César Molina—Yale and Harvard-trained medical doctor and founder of the South Asian Heart Center, which specializes in lifestyle medicine—will share insights on the latest research and lifestyle practices that support overall health and well-being, including factors associated with diabetes risk. With decades of experience, including faculty work at Stanford University alongside a Nobel Prize recipient, Dr. Molina is dedicated to helping people lead longer, healthier lives through practical, evidence-based habits.
