ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Warren Blank, PhD, is the founder and president of The Leadership Group, a leadership and organizational development firm specializing in training, facilitation, speaking, consulting, and coaching with organizations worldwide. He will explore a core theme of his work: the distinction between being a boss—someone with formal authority—and being a true leader—someone who earns willing followers. He will also share insights into how discovering and practicing the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique has supported his work and well-being through years of global travel and service.
