ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Amy Ruff, BSN RN, National Director of TM for Nurses, will discuss a study published in the Journal of Nursing Administration in December 2023. The randomized, controlled study showed that TM practice significantly reduced PTSD and anxiety by more than half in frontline nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Ruff will also talk about another study showing that TM significantly reduced “compassion fatigue” and improved resilience for nurses.
