As an expert Ayurveda consultant and author, she will share her top suggestions for creating healthy daily habits and staying balanced during the change of seasons, the most vulnerable times of the year. She will also share stories from her worldwide travels as a staff writer for Adventure.com.
ABOUT JULIA CLARKE
Julia Clarke is an outdoor adventure journalist from Glasgow, Scotland who received her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Central Missouri in 2004. She was certified as a Hatha Yoga Instructor in 2009 and was among the first graduates of the master’s program in Ayurveda at Maharishi International University in 2017.
Julia is the author of two books, Restorative Yoga for Beginners, and Living in Balance with Maharishi AyurVeda, which she co-authored with Dr. Keith Wallace and Dr. Karen Pirc. When she’s not writing or teaching, Julia can be found exploring the great outdoors on foot, on skis, or rock climbing as part of her full-time job as a Staff Writer for Adventure.com. She also writes about yoga, Ayurveda, wellness, and travel for several UK and US publications.
