RUBÉN SÁNCHEZ
Rubén Sánchez is a world-class expert in Consciousness-Based Sport and founder of StressFreeSport, a global initiative integrating Maharishi’s consciousness-based knowledge into elite performance. He serves as Director of the Center for Consciousness-Based Sport at the Dr. Tony Nader Institute and as Athletic Director and Head Coach of MIU Soccer at Maharishi International University (2025–26).
A cum laude graduate in Maharishi Vedic Science and UEFA Pro Soccer Coach, Rubén has worked across Asia, Europe, and the Americas with Olympic and Paralympic athletes, national federations, and professional clubs in multiple disciplines.
