ABOUT THE WEBINAR
Arlene Maguire discusses her inspiring life as a writer of children’s books—a passion she has pursued as an elementary school teacher, owner of a successful insurance agency, and well into her retirement. She shares the joy and enthusiasm she finds in writing for children. Many of her lyrical books foster self-esteem, while others are educational and inspirational, or simply written for fun.
Ms. Maguire also discusses a personal turning point: discovering the Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique during a challenging period in her life. She explains how learning the TM and the TM-Sidhi programs transformed her life, empowered her writing, and continue to provide her with energy and clarity as an author at the remarkable age of 85.
