ABOUT MOLLY BEAUREGARD
Molly Beauregard has taught sociology for 18 years at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan. Her course, “Consciousness, Creativity, and Identity,” was one of the first college courses in the country (outside of Maharishi International University) to integrate the TM technique into an academic curriculum, and it has provided a model for other colleges and universities.
Ms. Beauregard is the author of Tuning the Student Mind: A Journey in Consciousness-Centered Education (SUNY Press, 2020), and the Executive Director of the Tuning the Student Mind Foundation, which supports consciousness-centered initiatives at colleges and universities across the country.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and master’s degrees in sociology and public administration from Loyola University Chicago and the University of Pittsburgh.
