ABOUT DR. CÉSAR MOLINA
César Molina, M.D., is a highly sought after, well published, Silicon Valley physician and leader in community and corporate wellness programs that provide culturally tailored lifestyle solutions to diverse populations. As Medical Director of the South Asian Heart Center at the El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California, Dr. Molina works to create engaging evidence-based lifestyle management programs to address the twin epidemics of heart disease and diabetes.
Dr. Molina received his medical training at Yale University and his advanced training in cardiology at Stanford University Medical School, where he later became a member of the faculty. He currently has dual fellowships in cardiology and clinical pharmacology from Stanford University Medical Center.
Dr. Molina has appeared in the international edition of CNN, discussing the benefits of diet, exercise, and the Transcendental Meditation technique for heart health and coronary artery disease. His research papers have been published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology and the American Journal of Physiology.
Dr. Molina began practicing the TM technique during his senior year in high school in Puerto Rico in 1972. This past year Dr. Molina completed the Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Program and, in addition to his medical practice, is enjoying teaching the TM technique at the Palo Alto TM Center.
