Experience the deep benefits of TM in a serene and supportive environment. This retreat is designed to help you dive deep within to access inner stillness, recharge your mind and body, and expand your awareness and deepen your connection to the Self.
Whether you’re new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore and enhance your practice with gentle guidance.
Retreat Highlights:
John's home, nestled in the Santa Cruz Mountains on the edge of Henry Cowell State Park, is cocooned by towering redwood trees, creating an enchanting atmosphere that invites a deep sense of connection to the surrounding natural world and the innate essence within oneself.
Course Fees:
Cost for the Full day TM Retreat is $185.
If this is your first TM Retreat we have a $25 scholarship available for the first 10 people to apply.
Retreat Schedule: We'll gather at John's home at 8:30am and get into our retreat routine of profound healing. We'll practice gentle Maharishi Yoga Asanas, Pranayama (gentle breathing exercise), our TM Practice and then take extra long rest. The day will include a delicious vegetarian lunch, a walk in Henry Cowell State Park, discussions of experiences and a questions and answers session. We'll end the retreat at 6:00 pm.
