What is a TM Retreat?
Deep Experience and Deep Rejuvenating Rest:
You will enjoy the extended practice of your TM program with an extra session of TM morning and afternoon, and a group meditation before lunch. You’ll receive instruction in yoga asanas and pranayama which will balance the extended meditation routine in a program designed by Maharishi to accelerate your growth of experience. This will provide greater familiarity with the inner creative silence of Pure Consciousness, and deep, rejuvenating rest for the body, resulting in a profound release of stress which effortlessly provides the basis for greater clarity, more energy, love, and happiness when returning home.
Who is it for?
All TM meditators are welcome. Anyone who wants to accelerate the benefits of their TM practice, to feel clearer, more blissful, more energetic, and to gain a better understanding of the path to gaining their full potential. There will be discussions of experiences, with lots of time for Q&A, talks by Maharishi and others on effortless TM practice, and the growth to higher states of consciousness.
