Retreat Highlights:
The Raj is nestled in the heart of America’s countryside, surrounded by rolling hills, woods, ponds, and open fields. Its quiet, spacious setting offers a supportive environment to slow down and turn inward. Views across the grounds and pond create a natural sense of ease and restfulness.
The day will include gentle Maharishi Yoga Asanas, Pranayama (gentle breathing exercises), TM and TM-Sidhis practice, and extended rest periods. Participants will enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch, time for a walk around the grounds, a TM Refresher Course, group discussion, and a Q&A session.

We’ll gather at The Raj at 8-8:15 am and settle into a nourishing retreat routine focused on rest and renewal. A light continental breakfast will be available for those who wish. The retreat will conclude at 6:00 pm.
