This one-day retreat offers you the opportunity to experience very deep rest and to generate a great deal of coherence all while at the Los Feliz TM Center in Los Angeles.

This course will feature deep rest, knowledge videos with Maharishi, extra meditations including checking of your meditation, learning/reviewing some simple yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing technique) and enjoying a delicious vegetarian cuisine for lunch. We will focus on deepening our experience and gaining greater understanding of many of the basic principles of Transcendental Meditation. A beautiful way to enjoy a Saturday during the the height of the fall season!
