An additional period of morning TM® practice and Group Checking. Instruction in easy-to-practice Maharishi YogaSM Asanas (gentle stretching positions) and Pranayama (a simple breathing exercise) to enhance your TM experience.

Watch exclusive videos by TM Founder Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and Dr. Tony Nader, leader of the TM organization. The knowledge will enrich your TM practice and broaden your understanding of the growth of consciousness and development of full potential.
Connect
Join like-minded meditators and teachers on Zoom for in-depth questions and answers on experiences during TM practice and in daily life. The Zoom link will be provided in a course confirmation email.
Course Fees:
Half-Day TM Retreat Rate: $45.00 (Scholarships are available)
If this is your first retreat, there is no charge.
In 2-3 days you will be contacted by the host TM Center with instructions on how to pay and other details.
The cost is $45, some scholarships are available; if it’s your first TM retreat, you are welcome to attend for free.
