This gentle and rejuvenating experience is designed to help you release stress, deepen your Transcendental Meditation® practice, and enjoy more fully the bliss that naturally arises from TM—bringing it effortlessly into daily life. Through a simple and special sequence of pranayama (breathing), asanas (gentle yoga postures), and meditation, we’ll take a refreshing dive into consciousness. We’ll also explore how TM supports the expansion of creativity and clarity in everyday activity.
