This in-residence course offers you the opportunity to experience some very deep rest and to generate a great deal of coherence while staying at the beautiful and very peaceful Holy Spirit Retreat Center located in the hills of Encino. This course will feature deep rest, knowledge tapes with Maharishi, extra meditations, checking of your meditation, learning/reviewing some simple yoga asanas (postures), and enjoying a delicious vegetarian cuisine. We will focus on deepening our experience and gaining greater understanding of many of the basic principles of Transcendental Meditation. A beautiful way to enjoy the start of the Summer season!
Retreat Highlights:
You will find HSRC to be a comfortable facility that provides an inviting, open atmosphere of hospitality. HSRC offers beautiful and expansive gardens and grounds to explore after meals and before meetings. Single/double rooms each have a private bath, heating and air conditioning.
The course fee covers all expenses including either a single room with a private bath or a double room with a share bath, freshly prepared (organic) vegetarian meals and all meetings through lunch on Sunday. If this is your first TM Weekend Retreat you are eligible for a $50 reduction in price ($25 for each night)! Single room - $570; Double room - $450 per person. If this is your first TM Weekend Retreat: Single room - $520; Double room - $400 per person.
