TM Retreats are for everyone who has learned Transcendental Meditation. Maharishi has said that in one weekend retreat, we can release as much deep-rooted stress as would otherwise take months of twice-daily meditation. You will go home feeling less stressed, with more energy, expanded awareness and effectiveness, for greater satisfaction in daily life. It’s a huge leap forward in your growth in just one weekend!
Retreat Highlights:
The relaxed daily routine includes:
extended periods of your TM practice, including group meditations.
video presentations by Maharishi, as well as others, which will broaden your understanding of the growth of human potential and enrich your meditations.
time for in-depth questions.
instruction in Maharishi Yoga Asanas, as well as a neuro-respiratory technique.

We suggest that you wear layers due to the range of temperatures. The entire compound is beautiful Spanish mission architecture, surrounding lovely grounds. All rooms are single occupancy and have private baths. There is 1 stand alone cabin (The Hermitage) with beautiful southwestern decor and gorgeous views of the Organ Mountains and also a labyrinth to walk while reflecting.
