This half-day retreat offers you the opportunity to experience very deep rest and to generate a great deal of coherence all while from the comfort of your home!

This course will feature deep rest, knowledge videos with Maharishi, extra meditations including checking of your meditation, learning/reviewing some simple yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing technique). We will focus on deepening our experience and gaining greater understanding of many of the basic principles of Transcendental Meditation.
