Schedule: Arrival is Friday, November 3 at 3pm. Departure is Sunday, November 5 in the early afternoon.

Course Fee: $495 per person. In residence Retreat prices include room, all meals, and the course of instruction.

Accommodations: All are private rooms with bathroom and shower. 

Meals:  All meals are vegetarian. Please let us know if you have any special dietary concerns. The kitchen is staffed by Lessings Hospitality group; the oldest family-owned, food service company in the United States. The Lessing family has provided food service to New Yorkers for 130 years without interruption.The talented chef and kitchen staff are happy to accommodate those with special dietary considerations.  ​

What is a TM Retreat?

A TM Retreat is designed to give every meditator the opportunity to gain deeper, more accelerated experiences of the growth of consciousness and a richer, more profound understanding of the knowledge that underlies the TM program.

A TM Retreat includes:

• Extended periods of TM practice and group meditations.
• Exclusive video presentations by the Founder of the TM program, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, as well as leading scientists, educators, business professionals, and others, on a wide range of topics to broaden your understanding of the growth of human potential and enrich your experiences during TM sessions.
• Time for in-depth questions and answers on the growth of higher states of consciousness and experiences related to your own TM practice.
• Personal instruction in easy-to-practice Maharishi Yoga^SM Asanas and Pranayama, a neuro respiratory technique. These help to remove surface stress and strain and deepen your experience of the TM technique.
