“The teachers of Transcendental Meditation whisper the supreme knowledge of life which can raise an individual to higher states of consciousness and create progress, peace, harmony, and abundance in our world. Great and wise are the teachers of Transcendental Meditation.”—Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, TM Founder
Teachers of the Transcendental Meditation technique are greatly needed to meet the ever-expanding demand for the TM® program. In the United States, Certified TM Teachers are required for large programs for first responders, healthcare professionals, veterans and active military organizations and settings, as well as for teaching TM to the general public in many cities around the country.
New initiatives like the Consciousness AdvisorSM Program and the Meditate America campaign are increasing the number of people wanting to learn the Transcendental Meditation technique. Now is the time to become a Certified TM Teacher and bring this precious knowledge to the world.
Becoming a TM Teacher is transformational. You will gain the knowledge to “whisper infinity” to every individual in the world while transforming your own knowledge and experience of higher states of consciousness. The graduates of the TM Teacher Training Course (TTC) form a unique bond as part of Maharishi’s family of Governors of the Age of Enlightenment throughout the world.
To meet the growing demand for TM Teachers, we are pleased to announce the next International Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course (TTC). Applications open on March 15, 2025. This allows time to complete the TTC Home Learning Program before starting the five-month In-Residence TTC that starts on October 1, 2025, in Chanthaburi, Thailand.
First step
The first step is to express your interest in applying to TTC by submitting two short forms no later than March 1, 2025:
- the register-interest form, and
- the pre-application form (see below)
Once prospective applicants have submitted both forms, they will be contacted to prepare for the TTC application, which opens on March 15, 2025.
There are three sections to the TM Teacher Training Course:
Application: TTC applications open on March 15, 2025, and must be completed by April 14, 2025. Note: Applications received after this date will automatically be deferred to the 2026 TTC.
Home Learning: Some TTC material is learned at home once your application is accepted. The TTC Home Learning Program commences on May 10, 2025, and must be completed by August 15, 2025.
Residential Section: Chanthaburi, Thailand: October 1, 2025–March 7, 2026.
Course location and accommodations
The International Transcendental Meditation Teacher Training Course is held every year in Chanthaburi, Thailand.
Rajapark Institute Training Center in Chanthaburi is set amidst 124 acres of beautiful orchards and landscaping, with easy walking trails. The peaceful atmosphere of the campus is enriched with the blissful influence of advanced TM courses held there over many years. Delicious, nourishing vegetarian meals are served three times a day.
The unique campus was designed and built according to Maharishi Vastu® architecture, which ensures that a building or community will have only nourishing influences on its occupants. This results from the use of several key architectural principles that are based on natural law.
There are four main buildings set around a central pavilion. (See campus photos above.) As a course participant, you will enjoy renovated, single-occupancy, en-suite bedrooms, as well as comfortable, spacious classrooms and group meditation halls.
Courses for men and women are held concurrently at separate locations at the Rajapark Institute Training Center. For maximum focus on the rich curriculum that TM Founder Maharishi Mahesh Yogi structured for TM Teacher Training, the two courses take place without interaction between the groups.
Course fee
The course fee is 19,000 Euros, which includes tuition and full room and board for the residential section of the course. Applicants with the financial means to do so are asked to contribute the full fee. Candidates who are accepted to the course and demonstrate financial need may apply for a partial scholarship.
Scholarship amounts vary according to the level of economic development of the country you apply from and range from 45-70% of the course fee. Details on how to apply for a scholarship will be found in the online TTC application.
Note: The cost of the SCI and the TM-Sidhi courses are not included in the TTC course fee. Expenses for all transportation, visas, health insurance, and other incidentals are the responsibility of each course participant.

TM-Sidhi course (CIC) requirements, dates, locations, and costs
The TM-Sidhi program is a natural extension of the Transcendental Meditation technique. During the TM technique the individual experiences progressively quieter, less excited states of the thinking process, until the finest level of thought is transcended and the self-referral state of transcendental consciousness is gained, which Maharishi describes as “the infinite reservoir of energy, creativity, and intelligence that lies deep within everyone.”
The TM-Sidhi program cultures the ability to think and act from this level, making the total potential of natural law available in practical life. The result is greater skill in action—the ability to fulfill one’s desires naturally while effortlessly promoting the evolution of everyone and everything.
The TM-Sidhi program… trains the conscious mind to function from bliss consciousness, the self-referral state of pure consciousness, which is the total potential of natural law.
—Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
Note: The cost of the TM-Sidhi course and any requirements for Advanced Techniques are not included in the TTC fee.
